Mark, please know your Peppermint Blend oil saved my life when I sprained my ankle badly in February. I had enough left from my last purchase to use twice a day. The pain went from a 10 to usually a 4 so I could wrap it up and hobble on through my commitments for at least a month. I am grateful!
