I had a cyst on my abdomen that developed cellulitis. The skin around it became red and inflamed in a 3" x 2" area around it and had puffed up about an inch. I used the rose skincare serum on it once a day. After 24 hours the swelling had gone down by half and after 48 hours the inflammation and redness was gone and the cyst had shrunk to the size of a pea.
