My friend has an old shoulder injury and takes injections for it- one in the back behind the shoulder blade and another in the arm. She had one shot and has to wait a few weeks for the other. In the interim, she was in terrible pain and couldn't lift or rotate her arm more than a few inches. I got one of the 10% massage oil and after only one application she had full range of motion and significantly reduced pain. After the second treatment the pain was gone.
