Insect Bites, Pain Management

Had a phone call with my parents over the weekend, my mom had picked up your 5% devil's club salve when they were visiting in December and apparently my dad (who is usually more the "ignore issues until they go away" type) has become obsessed, he uses it on everything. He had a tick bite from earlier in the year that had been treated with antibiotics and was "healed" but wouldn't disappear completely, until he put the salve on it and it was gone in a matter of days. He's had shoulder pain that he has gotten cortisone shots for in the past that is eased with just the salve. He says it's magical and wanted to make sure I passed on his high praises!
