A sequin from my clothing had jammed underneath my fingernail and became severely infected. The pain was down to my first knuckle. After 2 days I used a drop of the pure devil's club essential oil on it twice a day and after 3 days it had come to a head and the infection was under control. I use a drop of the essential oil on my neck when I start feeling sick and it helps with the infection. I'm allergic to topical antibiotic ointment, so devil's club salve is a good substitute that works.
