Hi, I just had an interesting sequence of events/decisions along the medical line. I had been doing 3 shifts in 3 days on the huge concrete floor at the store and a middle toe popped in and out of a painful setting. Even though I had some Devil's Club salve at the store for another reason, I finally put some on this--my mistaken delay--and it was immediately helpful, even energizing. In case of a fracture, I went to urgent care and asked for help, including xray. None showed, and no arthritis; ' a healthy, active foot.' I've been fine, really, since the DC. But the walk-in Dr. also prescribed an inexpensive but complicated 'ibuprofen in cream form'. I actually get frightened reading the 2 pages of side effects and contingencies. Why would I use it when the DC has no baggage? She knows I was boosted by the DC.
